Sam Arnold’s Jazz Perturbers is a guitar-led combo bridging the styles of jazz, surf, funk fusion, and exotica over a set of original compositions and creative covers of classical, film music, and other familiar non-standards. Themes from Brahms, Debussy, Ravel, Dvorak, Sibelius, Elfman, Star Wars, Disney, Mancini, Sci-fi TV shows blend with open improvisations and inviting grooves. We’ve done 3 albums since 2023.
